Every May 1st while I was in elementary school, we made paper flowers and danced around a giant May pole with ribbons. It was magical...and probably pagan. Aren't all of the best holiday traditions pagan?!?
But until Don makes us a May pole, the Littles and I just make paper cones each year, fill them with flowers or candy, and pass them out to unsuspecting non-pagans.
That's how we roll.

ReplyDeleteUgh. Cinco de Mayo. I boycotted it this year because there was not one GOOD sale at the grocery store. We had Mexican food the day before instead. That showed them!
