Here we are at the beginning, when my parents flew in to look at the house with us. (Hi, Mom!)

And here's the kitchen in the middle, as we'd lived in the house for four years. I'm not into clutter, can you tell?

...and the after shot.  This is what it looks like now that we've finally actually done something pricey (granite and glass tile mosaic backsplash) to the house, but never plan on doing more!
