My parents send advent calendars every year. This year, they spiced things up by sending fancy trinket filled advents, in place of Christmas gifts for the kiddles.
Buddy got a Lego advent calendar and opens up a little packet of 6-8 pieces every day.
The girls got Playmobile advents and are gifted with a different toy every day.
Sunshine has a stable themed advent, because she's "a horse girl."
Pollyanna has a fairy woodland theme.
The girls' advents came with little cardboard playscapes for the figurines. It's really cute.
