"dont kiss me!!!!"

Polly is addicted to kisses. She tells us this fact all of the time. Despite a propensity to lean towards grumpiness, the child is always, always willing to kiss you.
She's on antibiotics again this week, because she's Polly and that's what Pollys do best in the winter. Unfortunately, she's on an antibiotic that Buddy is allergic to. When Don picked it up from the pharmacy, she kept telling him that her kisses could kill Buddy.
So now, twice a day, she takes her medicine and shouts, "Don't kiss me, Buddy! I have to wash my lips first!"
Never mind that Buddy is off somewhere minding his own business. She's just super concerned about the power of her kiss.
It makes us laugh.
